For every contact record created in the HubSpot CRM platform, a timeline will be automatically created to track information on the contact. The salesperson will have the ability to track the contact’s receipt of marketing emails, views of web pages, and visibility into any prior interaction with the organization.
This timeline also simplifies data valuable to the organization. It only takes a single click of a button to email or call a contact. The salesperson also has the option to record phone conversations and takes notes during the call. Another great feature is the ability to create deals after a phone conversation, leading to higher deal velocity and the ability to close deals faster.
Every view in the HubSpot CRM platform is fully customizable and can be adjusted to the salesperson's preference. This allows more control for the salesperson to acquire the right information at the right time in order to become the ultimate trusted advisor.
For those familiar with HubSpot Signals, the new sale acceleration tool, HubSpot Sidekick, is the newly upgraded version of HubSpot Signals. With this sale acceleration tool, a salesperson's work habits such as inboxing becomes the selling tool. Salespeople can easily look up necessary information such as contact insights, company insight, or open and click tracking data right from their inbox. All information will be automatically recorded within the HubSpot CRM or Salesforce, becoming a huge time-saver. With this new feature, salespeople can focus on selling more and focus less on filling out long forms.
