Ops Center
Run your whole operation from one screen.

Powered by Claude — the command center is built with Claude Code, with Claude driving the ops intelligence.

Inside EMOC
We run EYEMAGINE on EMOC.
EMOC isn’t a demo. It’s where our own company runs every day: a small senior team and a group of Claude agents, working from the same live screens. Each agent has a defined job and works in a console a person can watch, and step into, at any time.
The operations agent
Keeps the whole operation moving
- Builds the plan for the day from the calendar, inbox, and pipeline, with the calls only a person can make at the top.
- Briefs the other agents and tracks whether each brief actually reached them, not just whether it was sent.
- Ships changes to our website and verifies them from outside our own network, rolling back automatically if a check fails.
- Runs the quality gates: visual and contrast checks across themes and screen sizes, and claim checks on marketing copy.
- Watches the scheduled jobs and the team’s message board, and fixes problems at the source.
- Mapped dead links in the server logs to live pages and verified the redirects from two networks
- Built a day plan from the calendar, inbox, and pipeline, with five decisions flagged for a person
- Caught an alert loop flooding the team’s message board and fixed it at the source
- Published a LinkedIn post after it cleared the claims check
The agents
Every service we sell has its own agent.
Each of our four services has an agent working inside EMOC, on our own business and on client work.
Revenue operations
aiEngage
- Runs our CRM automation: form follow-ups, owner routing, and lists.
- Paces outbound email and watches for replies and bounces.
- Reports on campaigns and plans our LinkedIn posts.
Creative studio
aiX
- Sets the visual standard for our site, decks, and proposals.
- Designs pages before they’re built, then reviews what was built.
- Holds the review gate: creative work doesn’t ship until it passes.
Engineering
aiAccelerate
- Runs the servers, deploy pipelines, and monitoring the rest of the team depends on.
- Watches every agent’s console and flags any agent that stalls or errors.
- Checks engineering work before it reaches production.
Governance
aiFocus
- Owns the governance work on our client program.
- Re-runs other agents’ fixes independently before they’re called done.
- Audits the checks themselves, not only what passes through them.
On a client program
The same setup, running a client’s platforms.
For one enterprise client, a dedicated agent team runs three platforms we built for them. It works from the client’s own data and delivers on the client’s brand.
Governance
Holds the client’s portfolio of AI initiatives in one record, looks across it for what’s been missed, and turns that into recommendations and executive decks.
Search & AI visibility
Scores how the client’s sites show up in search and in AI answers, maps the gaps, and plans the fixes.
Operations
Turns meetings and project data into status pages, task boards, and decks.
Design
Keeps all three platforms and every deck on the client’s brand and chart standards, and checks them before they ship.
How it holds together
Four rules the whole team runs on.
Live consoles
Every agent works in a console a person can watch in real time and type into.
Briefs that arrive
Agents brief each other through a shared queue, and the sender is told when a brief hasn’t reached anyone.
People make the calls
Decisions that need a person go to a person, with the evidence attached.
Checked before it ships
Marketing copy is checked for claims before it goes live, and the site is audited for accessibility every week.
