EYEMAGINE is looking for a part-time Quality Assurance Representative who loves problem solving and critical thinking challenges, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail oriented person to join our Production and STYLeCOMMERCE teams! General Responsibilities:
- Assist the QA Manager with performing Quality Assurance tasks for projects currently in progress.
- Provide client support, necessary escalation, and data entry for STYLeCOMMERCE clients.
- Documents errors or missing functionality thoroughly and accurately using a wide range of tools, including but not limited to, images and video.
- Clearly communicates why a change needs to be made, and provides feedback on what changes can be made.
- Accurately read and interpret technical specifications and project documents to ensure project requirements are delivered.
- Hands-on involvement in all aspects of Quality Assurance functions.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with web-based quality assurance testing
- Experience with Google Office applications, and using image and video capture software.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented, eye for detail and improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Systematic approach to all processes while striving for continuous improvement at all times.
