Production Manager
EYEMAGINE is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the implementation of projects within their Production Department. The ideal candidate would have strong, energizing leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, the ability to set goals and see them through to completion. General Responsibilities:
- Support staff by maintaining project budget and schedule
- Use established project management methodologies and tools to deliver client work
- Responsible for identifying, communicating, and solving any potential issues that will cause delays to schedule of the project
- Forecast staffing requirements against sales and production pipeline
- Resource capacity planning, budgeting and scheduling for production department
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Accountable for meeting project implementation quality standards and delivering on time and on budget in a timely manner, according to client expectations
- Accountable for delivering and adhering to project scope while identifying opportunities for change orders and/or future phase work
- Manage production pipeline, coordinate new account onboarding with sales department
- Provide leadership to the production team in terms of required documentation, adherence to process, policy and standards, including product and business related issues

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years experience
- Experience in eCommerce or high technology environment
