I’m hoping you can help. Long story short, we’ve been let down by our developer and our Magento-driven ecommerce site is a shambles. The client is having a tantrum, I’m tearing my hair out and its after office hours where I am (South Africa – bet you didn’t see that coming!)

You seem to know what you are doing plus you have the advantage of being in a time zone where it’s the middle of the day.

What we need is someone to be able to look at our site and sort out the problems we’re having with the search and checkout, among other things. The implementation and customization is all done – in fact the site is live – but without our developer we have no way of fixing the functionality which isn’t behaving.
